This policy explains how Last Hug AI (operated by Gao Yiqi) handles your data on zombiecouplevideo.dev.
What we collect
- Photos you upload, used only to create your requested video.
- Your email address, collected at checkout, to send your order link and video.
- Order details: chosen look, format, credits, and payment status. Card payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
- Basic usage data, such as pages visited and device type, to operate and improve the site.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded photos are deleted 7 days after upload.
- Order links sent by email stay valid for 30 days.
- Videos are private: only people with your order link can view them.
Who processes it
We rely on trusted service providers to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, and email), Stripe (payments), and an AI video provider that receives your photos solely to generate your video. We do not sell your data.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your photos, videos, or email address at any time. Email support@zombiecouplevideo.dev from the address you used at checkout.
Children
This service is for adults only. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.
