Failed videos
If a video fails to generate (for example, if the AI model errors out or our content check blocks the job), your credits return to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.
Unused credits
You can request a refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Email support@zombiecouplevideo.dev from the address you used at checkout and include your order link or receipt. If you used part of a pack, we will refund the remaining credits at the per-credit rate you paid.
Delivered videos
Credits spent on delivered videos are non-refundable. If a video is clearly broken (for example, distorted faces or hands), send us its link within 14 days. We will review it and may return the credits.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to post the credit.
